"staying positive"

After yesterday's epic depressing post, I've decided to smile it up a little bit only because this grudge that I seem to hold against myself gets rather tedious and wearisome.

So today I shall follow Jon Gordon's 5 steps for staying positive.

1. Be grateful. Notice the good things in life and give thanks for them.

2. Praise others. Acknowledge the people who do things for your benefit.

3. Celebrate your successes. Share your achievements with others.

4. Encourage others. Support others in their goals and their life journeys.

5. Center yourself. Pray or meditate to connect with the source of life.

To start, I must say that I am very grateful today that Iife gets better and even though the circumstances are the same, what has changed is me.
